Evaluating Your Drive:
Once we receive your hard drive or storage media, our member in the customer care
professional team
will confirm by phone receipt of your media and gather any additional
information required by our data
recovery engineers.
Accordingly, it will undergo
an initial diagnostic process. Once the media is fully diagnosed, we provide you
with a detailed report of your data recovery case offering appropriate price quote to recover data within 24
hours (48hrs for Clean Room evaluation).

Recovering Your Data:
A quotation with an estimated Data Recovery duration will be sent to you bt fax or e-email for approval.
Then, you decide whether to continue or cancel the recovery
process.
Prices remain fixed and won't be
changed for any unexpected problems during the recovery process.
Usually, data recovery process takes 48 or 72 hours.
For special
cases it takes 7 to 15 days.

Retrieving Your Data:
If your hard drive is repairable, and in our opinion will stay repaired without
any risk, we will return your
data on your repaired drive. Otherwise, if it is determined
that your drive cannot be repaired, we can return
your recovered data on the media
of your choice.
The data will be given to you on DVD, CD or any another hard drive
you choose. We supply hard drives
upon request knowing that it will incur additional
cost.

Data Copy Duration:
Copy of your data
will be kept for one week to ensure successful re-installation of your data.
After
one
week, your data will be removed from our storage servers without prior notice.

Data Confidentiality:
Your data privacy is our utmost priority. We treat data confidentiality very seriously

Non-disclosure agreements with our clients could be arranged to assure
their data will be secured.
